If your tired of lost production because your Kluge foil stamper or die-cutter simply isn't performing to its full potential, than you have come to the right place. D & M Machinery offers completely rebuilt Kluge EHD's, 12x18 ND's, WFD's, and WFE's. All rebuilt machines are stripped down to the frame and completely overhauled, from the pinion gear to the paint. Rebuilt machines include new bushings and bearing's throughout, new platen parts (examples/ register rod, side guides, band and head stops, side guide cams), new feeder arm and delivery parts, as well as feeder magazine parts. Basically anything that wares on a machine will be replaced with factory parts to factory specifications. All rebuilt machines will include OSHA guarding, air brake system, and an automatic lubrication system.
